In sermons in the book of Acts, we see that there is a salvation here in time, in addition to our eternal salvation by Jesus Christ. Believing the gospel of Jesus Christ, gives you a deliverance and peace in your heart here in time, giving assurance of our salvation by God’s sovereign grace. We see that example from the healing of the lame man from Acts 3.
