The scriptures give us explicit instructions for how we are to conduct worship in the New Testament church. God does not leave something as important to Him as divine worship up to the opinions or personal preferences of the church at large. Since we are given the prescribed manner of worship in the scriptures, today we look at some instances where man deviated from God’s prescribed pattern of worship and we see how seriously God requires us to follow his prescribed method.
