We can have peaceful resignation during the most difficult circumstances in our life, and particularly a peaceful resignation in our death. Because of Jesus Christ conquering death through the resurrection, we do not have to be afraid of death. Also, God has promised to give his people dying grace with peace when we are on our death, with a peaceful resignation to see our Savior at our passing from this life.
