We need God’s grace every day to providentially protect us from evil men and all their devices in this world. The wicked desire to do much evil against those who live righteousness in this world. If it was not for God restraining the wrath of man, apart from God’s grace we would be consumed by evil. Let us pray each day, as Jesus commanded in the model prayer, to “deliver us from evil”.
