How do we reconcile the scriptural doctrine of unconditional election with the statement in John 3:16 that God loved the world? First, we begin to lay the foundation of the teaching of unconditional election that is consistently taught in the Bible. God chose a people to save before the foundation of the world. Jesus Christ saved those people perfectly on the cross. We rightly divide how election perfectly unites with God loving the world in this series of messages.
