As we’ve considered in previous messages, the ordained elder is the only authority to teach in the public worship in the church. However, a healthy environment in the church will also have members encouraging one another on a daily basis with the aged men and women instructing the younger men and women. Also, parents have a responsibility to teach their children the word of God to have them established to learn to discern and apply the scriptures in their life.
