We are in need of God’s grace in every area of our life. Our natural heart and motives are wicked by nature. The only way we can have a motive and desire to love God is for God’s grace to change our motive. After God has given us a new heart, we now have a pure motive to desire to serve the Lord with a pure heart fervently.
