The church is always commanded and presented in the New Testament to be in unity and close communion one with another. Therefore, any segregation or division in the church in contradictory to the scriptural pattern. In the Primitive Baptist church we follow the scriptural pattern for worship in the New Testament church because entire families worship together, with parents and children hearing the same message by the pastor of the church.
